MathJax's HTML-CSS output seems to have trouble detecting fonts (web or local fonts) on first load.
That's probably due to the way we resolved #21. This will be fixed by #22 (switching to CommonHTML) but I'll try to come up with a fix for people who need the HTML-CSS (then again, who needs IE<8?).
