In jams903, I noticed an inconsistency regarding display-formula elements.
In most cases, <disp-formula> elements seem to close the preceeding
tags, i.e., they never appear inside a p tag. In particular, they end up between consecutive
tags.
Within <def-item>s, the <disp-formula> is left inside the preceeding
but then that
is consistently closed after the <disp-formula> and often a new
follows immediately afterwards.
This makes styling with CSS difficult (in particular maintaining vertical rhythm).
