Bug: A nonstudent contact enrolled on a team causes app to hang when checking for missing attendance #188

There are possibly non-students enrolled on teams. The normal case would be a coach attendance reporting.

In the near term these records should be ignored and not displayed in the roster. In the future we may support attendance reporting for multiple coaches
