Coach app headcount needs to let coach enter totals for boys, girls, and nonbinary #296

the non-registered attendance totals are important for some programs like Scores Recess. The program would like to have demographic details.

The new fields are Boys_Presentc Girls_Present__c Nonbinary_Presentc

The total should be provided in the UI
