proposed fix:

make the box larger (potentially the entire row)
increase the size of the icons for readability
consider making the rows taller (increase font and icon and work area) and allow that longer team lists will have to scroll. (this might also benefit from a completion indicator to help the coach see there are incompletes offscreen)
