Crash when opening Session Edit modal - Replace with fullscreen/hierarchuical UI #416

This is happening as of https://github.com/AmericaSCORESBayArea/AmericaScores-CoachApp/commit/ba89891699a8765a7df8d354c6a9109e60b7f53b

To Reproduce

  1. Open the Session View
  2. Add a Session
  3. change anything (eg. click on the date field) Result: There are two active modals and one gets de-referenced causing a crash

@lautirozen has identified a change that occurred during the above dependency update.
