Registering new student shows form incomplete dialog but works anyway #420

this needs debug info and repro may not be 100%

  1. Select a team
  2. Select the Students view
  3. using the special menu, choose Enroll Student
  4. Select Create Student
  5. Complete the form
  6. Submit Result: The error appears Complete Required Fields!

Cancel and look at the roster. The record is visible.
