Coach can type or dictate notes about a session to provide detailed history, reference, qualitative and inputs to NLP/LLM AI applications

This feature has a roadmap to the next generation of Coach App which will leverage AI features.

MVP:

Coaches would like the option of dictating a report about any session and storing it as text.

1. Display notes from the previous session in grey (if none, if the last session has notes they will appear here for easy re-use)
2. if user starts typing, the field clears and shows what they are entering
3. user can tap [Save] to keep whatever is in the field

Eventual Features:

• Dictate attendance information to a Session in Coach App and a salesforce flow interprets and populates the corresponding attendance records
• Dictate comments and observations and AI interprets sentiment scores, and other impact relevant metrics such as safety, Theory of Action goals
• Capture recordings of poetry for NLP (Speech to text) storage
• Capture pics of activities for image analyses (activity level, headcount, sentiment)
• Capture recordings of activities for physical exertion/intensity and sentiment analyses
