Student Registration in the Coach App fails because Account (School) is not being set #512

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select a Team
  2. Select the Students Tab
  3. Open the menu widget and select Enroll Student
  4. Choose Create Student
  5. Complete the form and submit

Expected behavior The record should be created and the AccountID taken from the TeamSeason.Team.AccountID
