Affiliate Selection Screen briefly flashes during start on unreleased commit 2fabb8a #517

The recent change is to have the Affiliate selection removed from the intial UX and available from the corner menu.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. pull and build to 2fabb8a
  2. launch the app
  3. login

Expected behavior The app should load for all users at the ASBA region.

I can see what the developer is doing here and we probably didn't clarify https://github.com/AmericaSCORESBayArea/AmericaScores-CoachApp/issues/509 enough. For the moment we don't need to show this option at all.
