Improvement/Make ASBA selected region by default #518

ISSUE #509

WHAT I DID

Removed the Affiliation select selected ASBA region by default with more natural app flow user can always change the default selected region by navigating to affiliation screen via three dots menu in the header

Tested and works fine on these devices

Pixel_8_Pro_API_34 (AVD) Iphone_15_Pro_Max (Simulator)
