Feedback Slack Connector Failing the config is missing from the build environment

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Choose Help from the three-dot menu
  2. Select Send Feedback
  3. Write something and Submit

Result: "Something Went Wrong. Please Try Again." (trying again is useless. we should improve the messaging here.)
