UX Story 1: In the Coach App

1. Coach sees at a glance that they have active/open items on a to-do list, from their main menu and default UI
2. Opening the list they see some items they assigned themselves, due date (if any), and urgency based on list order
3. Coach can see tasks assigned by a manager, via Salesforce and easily recognize them
4. Coach can hide the list and view it any time
5. Some actions in the App may update the status of a task
6. When a Coach marks a task completed, an animation plays and a useful metric (completions, rate?) updates as well

Key Interactions

• Mark a task complete/incomplete
• Archive a completed task
• View a task's details/notes and due date
• Change task details/date
• Re-order/prioritize a task by sorting it vertically
• See tasks sorted by due-date
• When a new task has been assigned, Coaches should receive a notification and be able to tap to open/view, as long as the app is running/background and they have Notifications enabled (checked) in the main UI

Design Needs:

• story detail if needed. Rules, if any.
• UI for the task, list, metrics, animations
• default values for new tasks or empty fields
• potential for uploading photos/videos/files

Key Dependencies

• Schema in Salesforce to store and maintain tasks and assignments
• API to support timely, efficient, updates that could be frequent and lightweight
