Objective: Families and Coaches with a non-English primary language need to easily access and understand the Authentication step to access the form.

Proposed Solution: Let's use Google Firebase to its fullest capabilities for this:

[ ] If the Browser is set to a default language, that is supported, the widget should auto-detect and localize properly
[ ] If the user picks a language from the dropdown in the React page, then any visible, and subsequent Firebase widget should localize accordingly
