Parent email should not be required

unfortunately, this is a deterrent to getting some students registered.

1. The phone number used for Authentication should be by-default appearing in the Parent Phone as a Mobile number type
2. A help point (available on tap/hover) for the email should say "Providing Scores with a parent email will help us keep you informed of your student's participation and upcoming events."

Note: The phone number may format to standard area code and dash, for readability, but these characters are not sent to the API
