[ ] obtain 3-5 examples (or hand-create)
[ ] run tests for accuracy
[ ] propose how to improve and automate initial suggestions:
1. Coach receives a partially legible form
2. coach takes a pic with phone and submits to a queue via the Coach App
3. Later Coach or Supervisor looks at a queue of scanned forms
4. system shows a reasonably complete form for review and correction
5. an image of the form is stored as evidence of waiver acceptance
6. coach is able to find the student who is already in the system as a returning participant
7. coach links new form, updates fields selectively
8. Waiver history is updated Registration Complete. If it's available an acknowledgement is emailed to the Parent/Guardian
