Description: Update all GET requests to include Incomplete_Record__c field.

@AleksandrMolchagin this should also be set to TRUE when records are created from Quick Registration and missing any of:

birthdate
grade
parent info The Coach App needs this to flag students but no current requirement on the Registration Apps
