Add missing IncompleteRecord field in the GET searchByPhoneNumber flow.
Add search based on Parent_Phone_02__c and Parent_Phone_03__c to searchByPhoneNumber flow
Add DELETE Contact flow enabled only on Sandbox

If 'production' env is detected, throw 405 error:
If contact not found, return 404 error:
If contact is found and successfully deleted, return 200
