Sort-by Not Returning to Page 1 #3

Repro Steps: "Go to: http://americanretailsupply.net/tissue-giftwrap/tissue-paper.html?p=4&product_list_order=name (Note this is page 4 of Search) Go to upper RH, Sort By: Choose Price or Position and hit enter" Expected Behavior: Page 1 returns, with items sorted appropriately Observed Behavior: Page 4 returns with items sorted appropriately

Sort-by does not return user to page 1 of search.
