IPSIS Merge procedure currently documented here results in a course name that does always reflect the actual course (e.g Chemsitry HL/SL becomes Chemistry HL).

Improved procedure documentation would involve creating a new course with an appropriate name:

Include instructions for:

TermID
Correct Course name (reflect PowerSchool as much as possible)
Correct course number
Correct Template
Correct parent ORG
