Fails due to permissions problem: BS_07_Users_Parents.permission_mappings.xml: Permission mapping PowerQuery com.txoof.brightspace.parents.usernames: query supports user types [], but type ADMIN is required

This appears to be related to accessing any of the PCAS tables.

use parent emails instead of username
