Instead of the original subscription idea if a user is in a discord which uses a default timezone they don't like they should be able to do something like:
;;today -me
or
today -tz TZ -me
and so on to have the bot direct message them today's/tomorrow's schedule. In this case one would still need that user table where they can set a personal timezone. Of course, then, this personal timezone would also be used if they did a ;;today or ;;tomorrow command in their regular server.
