What MapBox account are we using for the basemap tiles #160

It's a combination of RedCross, SpatialDev, and also the example urls Mapbox provides.

lets consolidate everything to Red Cross, let me know what layers you need to replace SpatialDev and I'll get them online.

Well, all of them actually. Here's the config file with the layers: https://github.com/AmericanRedCross/GeoForce/blob/master/GeoAngular/app/scripts/services/LayerConfig.js#L49

Any layer that is example.map is on Mapbox's main site. Any that says spatialdev.map is SpatialDev's account, etc...

Can you send me the cartocss for the dark and green themes from spatialdev

The basemaps that are SpatialDev hosted are default basemaps, so we didn't use CartoCSS to make them. The dark and green themes that are you are referring to are default basemaps that Mapbox provides.

Let's remove all SpatialDev hosted basemaps and layers.

As far as I know, spatialDev is hosting the vector tiles only. All other basemaps are coming from other sources. We can talk about this.

Let's get the vector tiles moved to an ARC account. 100% needs to be "managed" by ARC as we don't have an SLA for support for non Red Cross hosted pieces.
