Right now we're only tracking #missingmaps. In the future, this will be opened up to all hashtags. There is still a need to track the number of users who contribute to #missingmaps. Tracking this enables an overall stats view on http://www.missingmaps.org/.
osm-stats system needs to be able to flag a user as a #missingmaps user and their contributions. Right now the root route, http://osmstats.redcross.org/, shows the total contributions and users.
It will be useful to still have a root route that shows total system stats, but we will also want a /missingmaps route that shows total stats.
