Update Tasking Manager stat script #4

Hi @dodobas-

We're now working on integrating stats from the Tasking Manager into the Missing Maps API, and we've noticed that the script we asked you to schedule on the TM server has some bugs that prevent it from giving us the data we need. Would you mind replacing it with the current version? Same stated functionality, but this time it should be working correctly. Thanks in advance!

Hey @dodobas, really sorry for all the back and forth, but we hadn't thought about how big the user data file would end up being; it's about 15MB, which is too big for us and and probably more than you would want to serve up regularly.

Would you mind integrating the current version of this script, which generates an individual file for each user inside a "user_data" directory? This will keep transfers down to a few bytes in most cases.
