From a member:

I have just noticed that a number of recently added (past few months ... since April of this year) rivers/sections do not show up on the IOS app. (Have no convenient way of checking the Android app.) An odd thing is that there are other adds to the database (within that same timeframe) which do show up on the app.

11400 ME Mill Stream Embden Pond to Slipp Road 2022.04.20 MISSING on app 11410 WI Wildcat Creek Howard Ave to Kulwicki Park 2022.05.23 MISSING on app 11419 CA Bear4. Ben Taylor Road to Lake Combie 2022.06.09 APPEARS ON APP 11420 CA Yuba, M.Fk.3. Our House Dam to Route 49 2022.06.09APPEARS ON APP 11421 CA Yuba, N.Fk.0) Pacific Crest Trail to Wild Plum Rd 2022.06.09APPEARS ON APP 11422 WI Mole CreekHeritage Court to Ozaukee Interurban 2022.06.10MISSING on app 11423 VT La PlatteUpper La Platte River NA to Route 7 2022.07.06MISSING on app

(This is not meanst as a comprehensive list of recent adds, either missing or present, but is just a representative list.)

I looked into this. You need to refresh to see the new reaches. The catch is, that you need to refresh AFTER you set the filter. So for instance, if you filter by CA, then refresh, you will see the Yuba runs. If you then go to Maine without refreshing, you will not see Mill Stream. If you refresh while you are on Maine, you will then see the run show up.

This issue is part of the larger sub-optimal handling of data and refreshing in the app. It will require some work, but I know @yeahphil had some ideas last time we updated the app.

I can confirm this is still the case. There is no way to refresh on the map, but I figured out that I needed to go to the runs-list and pull down. I probably would not have ever figured this out without Greg's suggestion.
