Rapids and rapid-points styling #2

Noticed the new rapid-points layer. I like it, but it introduces some redundancy with the icon that's part of the rapid label layer. I think the circles/points are better than the icon, so maybe we remove the icon?

And then I think it'd also be good to visually distinguish the rapid points from the reach segment, not sure off the top of my head how best to do that, but at least a colored outline or something to make them stand out a bit.

Rapids aren't necessarily one type or another, so the current icon business is potentially a bit weird. I do think we want to include some sort of symbology that allows for distinguishing between rapids, portages, and access points, but I'm not sure what that would be yet. Maybe just at the higher zooms. I've always liked the NPS-ish style where multiple icons get grouped together in a grid, so maybe that's a way to show all of the relevant attributes that we care about. "This rapid has the following amenities: a nice, smooth wave; a deep pocket that'll hold ya; a beach to recover on."

The circles were intended to show up as bumps on the segment (though they're not fully aligned yet) to indicate that something is going on, but I agree that it should be more noticeable.

If memory serves me correctly, our prior interface had the rapids as circles and when you moused over name, difficulty rating, and thumbnail image would pop up.

Also, not sure if this is in scope, but for access points (including put-in and take-out) it would be helpful to classify as paved ramp, unpaved ramp, hand-carry access formal, hand-carry access informal.

@riversandcreeks ooh, that's a good start for additional metadata. I was planning in asking around for some more attributes soon.
