Move Vue App to Standalone Deployment for Wordpress Rollout

This is an overarching task to cover everything that's needed to allow us to run the Vue application as a standalone app accessible directly in concert with the Wordpress deployment. Here is a list of what needs to happen -- some of these should be turned into their own tasks:

• [ ] Reconfigure relevant parts of Vue app to query and link to Wordpress instead of Laravel#568
• [ ] test (and fix?) the authentication pipeline
• [ ] remove no longer needed code that conditionally mounts Vue app in shadow dom, etc. (laravelDeploy env var)
• [ ] set up Amplify deployment pipeline
• [ ] connect rivers.americanwhitewater.org DNS to new prod deployment
