Laravel Deploy #86

Configures the Vue app to be deployed/mounted to div#app in the wh2o Laravel app.

@drewalth I made some changes to make this work for both standalone app and laravel deploy, and I fixed merge conflicts...but there are still a bunch of reasons it's failing in Travis and Codacy. Is there any chance you'd have a chance to sort that out so we can get this merged?
