Moved all the matrix logic to optimization-given.jl. Laureline, can you check that this works for you?

This needs to have autoopt merged before it (not because of any actual dependency, just because of how I branched the branches.

the file linproghouse.jl is missing I believe ...

I updated the ref to linproghouse, and I'm currently cleaning up some other bugs that have crept into the optimization script.
