0kb in last version r412 fresh instalation #330

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I upload without any problem
2.Download the file name and type but 0kb size
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
0kb

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r412 Centos 6.4

Please provide any additional information below.
tested in web-browser Chrome and Explorer windows 8

I attach 2 files one is the file download and one snapshot

Have you checked the chmod on folders file and temp?
Is your uploaded file is in the folder?

Hi

yes everything is well setup I attach more 2 images from the server and yo can 
see the files are there.

also i have try chmod 777 without any succeed I still download 0kb

On the first image (from the day you posted the issue) there seems to be a 
javascript error. Can you check the console to see where it's coming from? It 
shouldn't affect the downloads but it won't hurt to fix it :)

but I try to download files with 500mb don't download just 0kb
