Not all files view in FIle manger #484

i have install script successfully and i have not add or edit any thing except 
the database information 
when i upload any file as admin or as user
i found this problem in attachment image

i found only the first file i have upload it and i dont have the ability to 
edit it 
and the counter up there show me that i have 6 file already !
