Can't upload files using r514 on Windows using IE or Chrome #501

I have just installed r514 and can't seem to upload files when using any 
browser, however I can upload on the demo site using the same browsers!

I get the following error:

Your browser doesn't support HTML5, Flash or Silverlight. Please update your 
browser or install Adobe Flash or Silverlight to continue.

Any help will be much appreciated...

Anybody know what could be causing this as I have the same problem?  Running on 
IIS on Windows Server 2003.
