One solution: We can open both the meetings in separate tabs and reload both of them to ensure that we don't miss either of them.
Another solution: We can close the Meet tab if it says 'Something Went Wrong', and then again go back to the Classroom tab and load up the link again (to check if it has changed). Repeat this until it no longer says 'Something Went Wrong'.
All that chrome driver(not to mention drivers for other browsers) business will indeed make the extension slower. Maybe there's a cap on the size that it might breach too. In any case, the extension works randomly even for basic functionality. We have been going back and forth b/w different implementations of the same basic functionality calling them 'fixes'.
The point is that:-
a) We have other bug-fixing priorities. So we will consider your solution after we have our next stable release ready. (You can help us there if you want).
b) Don't know about Arihant, but I have definitely discontinued work on the extension(surprise surprise, I made the extension). It is buggy beyond fixing.
I am on it.
Not on it anymore.

Hi from Hactoberfest2024tag is not mentioned I can solve if tag is mentioned
Picture this: What if, there's a link which is already present in the classroom page, but it is the old link from the last class which the teacher hasn't removed. So the extension keeps refreshing the Meet page for that link, but by that time the teacher has released a new link on the classroom page... We need to fix this.
