With this PR when we create a new release, the tag is copied to the source code as version, as well as the date. There is no need to use the bumprev any more.
The release tag should be like v(MAJOR).(MINOR).(PATCH), i.e. v1.2.3
Below is a test release, as can be found at https://github.com/walkero-gr/clib4/releases/tag/v2.3.4
