i have a problem with your efi file. After i started over the usb, the dell laptop shows me a error message:

Operation System Loader failed signature verification. WARNING: the file may have been tampered with!

Press F1 key to retry boot. Press F2 key to reboot into setup. Press F5 key to run onboard diagnostics.

Can you tell me please your BIOS Settings?

edit: In Bios find the Secure Boot options and Disable the Secure Boot. after that, there's no problem with "Operation System Loader failed"

Next problem: there's no a install icon on the boot menu. Folder com.apple.recovery.boot is on the usb with the recovery from monterey.

I have only in the menu "reset NVRAM" and the "toogle SIP"

did you install the mac os correctly on the usb ? can you tell me how you did it exactly

what do you mean with "install the mac os correctly on the usb"? i used the opencore install manual. So my usb has the fat32 format, the efi folder from you and the two macrevovery files from the macrecovery.py in the com.apple.recovery.boot folder. Or did u use a other way?

the OpenCore Install Guide is the manual, that i used, but i build first a usb with efi and the revovery from apple (like the installer guide https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/installer-guide/winblows-install.html#downloading-macos ). And the Boot menu from OpenCore don't show that extra menu. Did u have a manual for how to make a bootable mac os on the usb?

Edit: in the config file, you musst Disable HideAuxiliary and than you can see the MacOs Recovery Install file. And for log file: the value "target" set to 67

if you don't have an old mac that you can make a bootable usb with then you can download the macos for whatever version you want and continue with olarila guide if you are now running windows, just make a bootable usb with 16 GB usb or above after downloading the mac os then replace the efi with mine https://www.olarila.com/topic/20908-guide-easy-fast-and-perfect-hackintosh-vanilla-step-by-step-clover-and-opencore-bootloader-windows-linux-or-macos/ follow up with the guide only the first and second step, after that look how the guide put the efi folder, then put my efi instead, , then you are good to go, keep me updated, good luck
