MME Error msg when running UEs #1

When I try to run the UEs (last step) I get MME error message "eNB-S1 [IP Addr] connection refused !!!"

Hey, Hope you’re doing well. Based on this picture, I can see UEs are not able to obtain IP addr, so think of the probable reasons of that. So first question: Can all of your machines before running your UEs ping each other?! Second: Did you follow all of the configurations instructions? Did you create your UEs list inside the MME? Are all of authentication and keys correct?
