update to latest version #19

Hi, my project is entirely dependent on your wonderful Persian date picker. There is so many breaking changes in version 1.3.2 of angular-ui-bootstrap. and also so many refactoring in directives and controllers. there are also some values and constants added.

DatePickerPopup won't show correctly now.

Would you please update the project to latest version?

same here, I wanted to know which version of ui.bootstrap is compatible with persian date picker...
