[Feature-request/Bug] Selection rectangle always shows only at the top of the page #172

Hi! I thank you very much for this lovely extension. I have tried other extensions in the market but they failed on me mostly with rendering the content. This one is very solid even when a page is HUGE.

That said, I encountered two issues with this extension.

First, no matter the size/length/scroll of the page, if I tap "Capture region of the screen" it expects me to browse all the way up to the top of the page and keep dragging the selection rectangle to where I want it to be. This may not be a problem with 1-3 pages long page, but for a page such as Facebook page/profile with a user browsing tons of posts (I mean it; going back to a month or two old post) can be a REAL PAIN. Especially when Chrome starts lagging because of the size of the page, this part of going from top to where I want the rectangle becomes really undoable.

All I request for is that after selecting "Capture region of the screen" the selection rectangle should show up on only the VISIBLE part of the page in front.

Second, if the page is really HUGE and I select a great chunk of it under "Capture Region of the Screen", it does not capture the whole part. This may have to do with Chrome not permitting it but the extension "Full Page Screen Capture" is able to do it by splitting the image instead of leaving capturing abruptly. At least the user should be warned of this, or even be restricted from extending the selection rectangle after a certain area is covered.

Say I want to capture my facebook posts from April 1 to May 1 (tons of posts). The extension may cover somewhere around (depending upon the length of the posts) April 15 and leave the rest. If I don't check by opening the image, I as a user could be at loss. It is also time consuming to go check the image where the extension stopped capturing and then go back to exactly that same spot on the page to begin capturing from there.

I really like this extension, so I'm requesting these two features or bugs (if they are) to be applied/fixed as soon as you can.

Thank you again!
