Allow Access to File URLs Option not Functional #185

Describe the bug Extension option "Allow access to file URLs" is enabled, but some screenshot options are hidden, and message 'Go to chrome://extensions, and check the box "Allow access to file URLs"' is still displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate Chrome to file:///some/path/some-file.jpg
  2. Click on 'Screenshot extension'
  3. Observe missing options and "allow access" message

Expected behavior All Screenshot Extension options are available, and the "allow access" message is not displayed.
