Add navbar for Desktop version
Replace mobile background with desktop background
Restyle the upper part and set its layout based on the desktop version requirements using media querry on html to load each display style for mobile and desktop

PS : THE CSS FILES ARE FILLED WITH LOADS OF DRY's will be fixed after setting the page
