What are all the pre-requisite requirements and repositories to set up?

@AmingWu Thanks for putting some of the code up! From my understanding, this repository is built upon some existing code base. I see a lot of imports that suggest so, but I'd love to know what the exact codebase used for this is / get a more elaborate requirements.txt

Thanks for your attention. Now I have collected more data from adverse weather. Meanwhile, I am running some newly proposed methods from CVPR 2023. I plan to release the updated dataset, compared methods, and our method next month. And I will release all the code.
