One achievement I am proud of is my ability to handle stress and remain productive under pressure. Whether it's meeting tight deadlines or managing multiple projects simultaneously, I have consistently demonstrated resilience and focus, which has allowed me to deliver quality results even in high-stress situations. However, a professional skill I still want to develop is my tolerance towards others and avoiding judgment. While I am good at managing my own stress, I sometimes find it challenging to remain patient with others when they approach situations differently than I would. Improving my empathy and understanding will help me become a better team player, foster healthier workplace relationships, and create a more inclusive environment.
