• The Avatars should be bigger.
• Twice as big.
• With a little Stroke around them as well.
• Also, only the first 2 letters (initials) should be on it.
• They need a much better font that is much bigger. (might need a fixed width font)
• Make the text White and give it a shadow.
• It should have a proper shadow behind it to make it visible against backgrounds of any colors.
