How to compile it on windows ? #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I want to install it on windows but i don't know how and what compiler to
use. I downloaded a compiled version and i tried to use it but it give an
error that MFC42D.dll is missing (tried on 2 computers).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP Home Edition

Please provide any additional information below.

Please help me to compile or can anyone give me a compiled version?
