What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tesseract Open Source OCR Engine
APPLY_BOXES: boxfile 105/1/ಘ್ಟ ((68,9742),(96,9778)): FAILURE! box 
overlaps
no blobs or blobs in multiple rows
APPLY_BOXES: boxfile 105/2/ಘ್ಟಾ ((111,9742),(153,9774)): FAILURE! box
overlaps no blobs or blobs in multiple rows  .....
 please see tesseract.log for details -attached -since copied here were
removed due to 
forum's message as "comment is too long"

after deleting boxfiles of"Apply boxes"  from the box file. problem solved
