tesseract.log display #234

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Note: tesseract.log did not generated - instead error "could not open
file,logfile"  If delete "logfile" output.txt will generated  without
displaying tesseract.log file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
tesseract.log should generated in respect of item 3 above also.Even for
phototest.tif no tesseract.log generated. 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tesseract2.04  winXP

Please provide any additional information below.

Fixed in 3.00. logfile config added to svn.
