Add Bash Completion Script #247

I'd like to add a bash completion script for tesseract.  It's quite useful.  
I've hardcoded a variable in, but don't know any other way to find out
where the language files are.  I hope someone could help.  With that.  I
can also post a bug downstream on the Debian BTS to see if anyone has any
comments.

Thanks for the contribution. I can't add it to the distribution due to the GPL
license. (Apache 2.0 required). Will leave here for others to find though.

Ok I wrote it and can change the License and then you can incorporate it.  
Sorry I didn't read your contribution 
policy (if you have one), I'm lazy.  here's the update filed with Apache 
License Version 2.0
