Change the output file name for tessdll.dsp #280

In the file tessdll.dsp the output file name for the DLL is "C:\Documents
and Settings\Glen Wernersbach\Desktop\loan\tessdll.dll"

I think it could a better idea put it in a Debug or Release folder.

Plus the "ccmain" folder needs to be added to the list of include
directories or else tessvars.h will not be found.

Sorry I was using the code in tesseract-2.04.tar.gz. I did not check the trunk 
first.
The problem is now solved.
