svn r-354, failed to generate exe files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.extract of buildlog=
I think this line:
15>LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file '../bin.dbg/tessdll.lib'

is the problem. I have no idea about VC++, intimated  by 
Jimmy O'Regan <joregan@gmail.com>
when checked bin.dbg folder there is no "tessdll.lib"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
all exe 17 files should be generated but only 14 succeeded 3failed 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

win xp svn r-354 VS2008 (C++)
Please provide any additional information below.

fixed in revision 380 - be sure to delete the erroneous 'combine' project from 
your
solution, otherwise you will still have errors.
